As a recognized serious issue on the rise, Cyber-bullying has considered as varied contexts of online engagement by children and youth is increasingly necessary to adequately understand their experiences and the impact of their participation.


Kids are generally unaware of the dangers posed by the online world. They don’t know how to deal with inappropriate situations or, worse, cyber-bullying, harassment and outright online aggression.


It is common for bullies to flock to cyberspace and online video games to harass others. It’s convenient for them. The prevalence is so great that the sheer amount of public backlash is reason enough to assume every gamer has experienced cyber-bullying at least once in their life.




With online gaming communities become vastly popular through the recent rise of online competitive gaming and E-sports leagues being introduced, it is time for us to view the issue of cyber-bullying within gaming. Only through understanding and awareness of how cyberbullies victimize others through online gaming experiences will strategies and talks about mitigating such offenses come to fruition.




Many apps also make it easy for users to access, view or participate in adult or harmful content. Privacy and location settings may make them more vulnerable to stalking, cyber-bullying, exposure to adult content, or other dangers and they are,
